JERUSALEM—Israeli military investigators accused five officers Thursday of gravely beating two Palestinians in guardianship, supposedly breaking the nose and ribs of one think.
The military said that on Jan. 8, the warriors "beat the Palestinians while slapping them, punching them and utilizing obtuse items against them while they were bound and blindfolded."
